Our long-standing relationship with the Glenvill Group led to a successful collaboration on their head office at 480 Church Street, Richmond. In partnership with CoBuild, we executed a design and construct contract with full coordination among all stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project.
Our team produced comprehensive documentation for construction and crafted detailed internal layouts for amenities and offices. We also focused on furniture design and lighting layout to enhance the space. Additionally, we managed all council asset applications for footpaths
and crossovers with precision.
Regular site attendance enabled us to work closely with the Project and Site Managers, effectively addressing challenges as they arose. The result was an outstanding outcome with high levels of satisfaction for our client and all stakeholders.
